Sports and Remedial Massage
If you've built up muscle tension, strains or sprains through sporting activity, then soft tissue massage can get you back on track.
As a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage – the gold standard for complementary health practice – and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Ellen is bound by their codes of conduct, ethics and practice to provide the highest possible standard of care.
Ellen has always been an active person enjoying horse riding from a young age, playing competitive ladies and mixed hockey through school, County and university, along with corporate teams. Ellen is no stranger to injuries and has always found injuries immensely frustrating, but now knows that there are so many solutions to getting back to good form.
More recently Ellen has enjoyed regular circuits training and running, completed several 10k and mud runner events the first half marathon in 2015 was a great achievement, although suffering terribly with plantar fasciitis along the way.
As a result of injuries and receiving Sports Massage herself, Ellen decided to retrain as a Soft Tissue Therapist, to help others in the ways that she has been helped.
